Precious Oils Recipes

Precious Oils are potent substances and should be used with care. Remember less is more when using essential oils. Also, anyone can be allergic to anything. We recommend doing a "patch test" on the inside of your arm or thigh before using. Precious Oils is not responsible for any misuse or carelessness by the user or for any allergic reactions.

HOW TO USE PRECIOUS OILS

Aroma Bottle Necklace	Place 10 to 20 drops of Precious Oils in your aroma bottle necklace. Your cork stopper will act as a personal diffuser.
Bath	5 - 10 drops of Precious Oils per bath. Blend your oils with 1/2 cup salt, cream or milk before adding to your bath.
Compresses	1 - 5 drops per ounce of water.
Diffusers and Vaporizers	Use 5 to 10 drops in your diffuser. Diffusers should only run approximately 20 minutes at a time, two or three times a day. Add 2 - 3 drops in a vaporizer.
Inhalations and Tissue Therapy	5 drops per bowl of warm water. Place a towel over your head, shut your eyes and inhale. Tissue therapy is great to inhale your Precious Oils. Prepare your tissue (or handkerchief) by placing 2 or 3 drops of Precious Oils on it. You can put the tissues in a plastic bag to carry with you.
Massage	Use 10 to 30 drops of Precious Oils per pint of carrier oil or massage oil blend. Use for full-body, back, hand or feet massages.
Shampoo and Conditioner	Use 5 to 10 drops of Precious Oils per pint in an unscented shampoo or conditioner. Remember to shake well before using as often the essential oils won't stay mixed.
Sprays and Spritzers	Make a base of equal parts of spring or distilled water and high proof vodka. The base can be used in a spray bottle for refreshing sprays or bug repellants. Use 50 to 150 drops of Precious Oils per 1 ounce of of your spritz base. Add 50 drops of jojoba oil. Shake well before using. Avoid spraying on your face or furniture. If you use a one or two ounce spray bottle you will have your own hand sanitizer without all the chemicals.
Tea	1 to 3 drops of Precious Oils per cup of water.
Travel Wipes	Use a high quality paper towel to make your own refreshing travel wipes. Cut towels to your desired size. Blend 20 to 50 drops of Precious Oils with every cup of water that you use. Soak your towels and take the desired amout with you in a plastic bag for travel.
Water	1 - 3 drops of Precious Oils added to your bottle of water.
